The garage steel was extremely rusted along with distressed concrete. The steel repairs consisted of; new steel, supplemental steel supports and removing the heavy Brick/CMU Spandrels and replacing with a lighter thin-set brick wall system on light gauge studs. Standard concrete replacement and repair mortars were used.
