KINGWOOD SENIOR CENTER

Kingwood Senior Village is was (7) year old residential living complex that was experiencing extensive wall damage due to water leakage. Balcony Trusses and Wall Members had significantly deteriorated, The $2.5 million contract was a very comprehensive repair. The Consultant / Engineer designed the repairs that addressed all their issues in the decks, stucco, brick, sealants and thru-wall flashing. We did not sub out any of the work. RTC performed 100% of the work with our own crews.
