Water Infiltration Causes Structural Wood Rot

Kingwood Senior Village is a (7) year old residential living complex that was experiencing extensive wall damage due to water leakage. Balcony Trusses and Wall Members had significantly deteriorated, The $2.5 million contract was a very comprehensive repair. The Consultant / Engineer designed the repairs that addressed all their issues in the decks, stucco, brick, sealants and thru-wall flashing. We did not sub out any of the work. RTC performed 100% of the work with our own crews.
