This large apartment complex is located at 2660 Cityplace near downtown Dallas.  RTC performed full-scale balcony repair and waterproofing here with the work consisting of the following scope.

• Handrail Removal and Replacement
• New Waterproofing Membrane Applied over New Wood Decking
• New Perimeter Flashing and Tie-in at Building Wall
• New Stucco Installation at Balcony Fascias and Soffits
• New Sealant Installation
